Meenar-e-Pakistan a Prize Winning Book for Children's Literature

"Meenar-e-Pakistan" won an award for  Children's Literature, from National  Book Foundation of Pakistan.

This is a Small Book addressing the need for renewal and to revive the concept of  Pakistan in our younger generation , book is written in easy English and casual language with lots of informative pictures ..

Real audience for this Book are children, who are Pakistani by descent but have no knowledge about Pakistan and or either in Pakistan but not equipped with Urdu to benefit from books available...

 Book introduces the concept of Pakistan for young 4 to 7 year old or even for older kids .This book can be a very good base for first layer of information about Pakistan and its landmark Meenar- e Pakistan. 

 

At the time when  nation is facing an identity crises these kind of information books are required to develop interest and self awareness in future generation. 

Meenar- e Pakistan won first prize in its category at National Book Foundation`s 2008,09 children literature contest.

 Writer/author Rubina Shoaib received a cash prize as well, book was published by NBF itself.
